Plano is your personal scheduling assistant — built to help you plan, organise, and manage your day through natural language.
Plano does not require an account, login, or internet connection to function. All scheduling, task management, and personalisation happens entirely on your device.
We do not operate any backend that receives or processes your personal information.
Plano does not collect, transmit, or store any of the following on our servers:
Plano stores all app data locally on your device using SwiftData. This includes your tasks, schedule, onboarding preferences (name, wake/sleep times, schedule style), and any insights data.
This data never leaves your device. It is not synced to any cloud service, server, or third party by Plano.
You can delete all stored data at any time by removing the app from your device.
If Plano requests any device permission, it is used solely to support the scheduling experience on your device. No permission data is collected, stored, or transmitted by us.
You can manage all app permissions at any time through your iPhone's Settings.
Plano does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
