By downloading, installing, or using Plano ("Plano", "the app", "the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use Plano.
These Terms apply to all users of Plano.
02 What Plano Does
Plano is a personal scheduling assistant that lets you describe tasks in plain language and automatically finds the best time slot based on activity type, your wake and sleep times, and your existing schedule.
Plano includes chat-based planning, week and month calendar views, task management, conflict detection, and insights into how you spend your time. All data is stored locally on your device.
03 Eligibility
You may use Plano only if you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms in your jurisdiction.
If you are under 13, do not provide personal information to us. If you are using Plano on behalf of another person or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms.
04 Acceptable Use
You agree to use Plano only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to extract source code from the app
Copy, resell, redistribute, or exploit any part of Plano without written permission
Use Plano to distribute malware, spam, harmful content, or unlawful material
Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to our systems
Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to access the Service
Use Plano in a way that interferes with another person's use or safety
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we believe these Terms have been violated.
05 Content & Intellectual Property
All content in Plano — including the AI scheduling logic, calendar interface, design, branding, and software — is owned by or licensed to Plano and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from Plano content without our written permission.
Your tasks, notes, and schedule data belong to you. They are stored locally on your device and are never accessed by us. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
06 Disclaimers
Plano is a personal productivity tool. It is not a professional scheduling service and does not guarantee that suggested time slots will be optimal for every user or situation.
The AI scheduling suggestions are provided as a convenience. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming your own schedule.
Plano is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
07 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plano and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or Plano will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
08 Termination
You may stop using Plano at any time by deleting the app from your device. All locally stored data will be removed when you delete the app.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Plano at any time if we determine that you have violated these Terms or used the app in a harmful way.
09 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective" date at the top of this page.
Continued use of Plano after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
10 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes related to these Terms or your use of Plano will be handled by the appropriate courts or authorities.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
